This Valentine’s Day…the IFB was my sweetheart.

Sure, some gals at work got roses delivered.
Others had woken up to breakfast in bed (on a weekday!)

And me? My Valentine arrived via Twitter, in the form of a Links à la Mode selection.  BEST. VALENTINE. EVER.

Each of the love stories I wrote about in Fashion Love Stories Part 1 and Part 2 held a bit of a lesson when it comes to affairs of the heart. And the lesson that my Valentine taught me?

Love begets Love

Roses wilt, the sweetness of chocolate lasts only a moment, and the buzz of champagne leaves us with a bit of a headache – but the LALM selection, and the relationships with my fellow writers that develop as a result will be with me for quite a while.
